Seedless tamarind 250g
Black salt 1tsp
Dry roasted crushed cuminseeds 1tsp
Red chilli 1/4 tspBrown sugar 200g
Hot water 3 cups
Directions
Take a hot water add tamarind dip in water for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes mashed tamarind make a pulp.
Then pulp filtered in wok add all ingredients mix and cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes off flame and tamarind sauce is ready to eat.
