Ingredients

  • Seedless tamarind 250g


  • Black salt 1tsp


  • Dry roasted crushed cuminseeds 1tsp


  • Red chilli 1/4 tspBrown sugar 200g


  • Hot water 3 cups

Directions

  • Take a hot water add tamarind dip in water for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes mashed tamarind make a pulp.
  • Then pulp filtered in wok add all ingredients mix and cook for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes off flame and tamarind sauce is ready to eat.
